Singapore – A horrific video showing extreme animal cruelty towards an innocent puppy has been circulated on WhatsApp. According to SPCA Singapore, the woman in the video snuffs out a burning cigarette in the puppy’s eye, and then breaks the puppy’s limbs. This woman must be found and prosecuted for her vile and criminal behavior!

Update 9/11/19: SPCA Singapore, the animal welfare agency who issued the request to find this woman, has updated followers about the case, stating:

“PETA Asia has confirmed that the video was filmed in the Philippines in an old case involving Vicente and Dorma Ridon. The couple had produced multiple videos involving horrendous cruelty to animals that were sold online. PETA Asia and the Philippine authorities managed to locate the couple and shut down the operation. In 2014, the couple were sentenced to life in prison.”

Adding:

“We also thank everyone for coming together and strongly condemning animal abuse. Let us stay vigilant in the ongoing fight against animal cruelty in all its forms.”

The purpose of this petition is to raise awareness of this woman’s crime with the hopes that she will be located and prosecuted. Funds received from this petition will be allocated towards getting the details of this cruel incident in front of as many people as possible until this cruel woman is found and arrested. After she is caught, the petition signatures will be forwarded to the appropriate officials and we will ask for her to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
